You have three ways to find and book a room at an Ibis hotel on www.ibishotel.com:
  1. "Book online": Enter your destination city. Choose the dates of your stay and confirm. The list of available hotels matching your destination and dates will be displayed.
  2. "Find a hotel on our interactive maps": First, choose your country. This will let you see all our locations without having to specify the dates of your stay. When you have the hotel you want, a reservation prompt will appear.
  3. "Express booking": Each hotel listed in our hotel directory or on the website has a code next to its name. Use this code to make reservations even faster: you just enter the Ibis hotel code directly and reserve!

In France, you can also book a room by calling the Express Reservation centre at: 0 892 686 686 (€0.34/min., incl. tax). For Ibis hotels in France only.
This means that it has no rooms available during the period you have chosen.
To help you find a hotel to match your request, we suggest that you search for another Ibis hotel near your destination or that you modify your selection criteria.
You can also ask for the list of Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure, Etap Hotel and Formule 1 hotels at your destination.
If you wish to book your room for the same day, you must book before 6 p.m. (local time of the country where the hotel is located).
For other reservations, you can book at any time day or night.
On the Internet you can book up to two rooms for seven consecutive nights at the same Ibis hotel.
If you wish to book more rooms or for more nights, you must make another reservation.
The rooms you can book online are singles or doubles. If you are accompanied by a child under 12, ask that a cot or a child's bed be placed in the room. Accommodation for children under 12 staying in your room is free (subject to availability).

When you complete the reservation process, you are given a file number (for example, 3H12500). This number is your guarantee that the reservation has indeed been confirmed.
If you wish to have an additional guarantee, you may request that a confirmation e-mail be sent: at the end of the reservation process, tick the box "Yes" after entering your bank details.
You can also check your reservation by clicking on "View / Cancel" on the home page at www.ibishotel.com. Enter your reservation number and confirm.

What to do: Contact the hotel which you tried to book in order see if your reservation was registered there. To find the hotel number, click on "More info" next to the hotel name.
In France, call the Ibis hotel Express Reservation number (0 892 686 686 (€0.34/min., inc. tax) and choose the option "View/cancel a reservation." You will obtain the list of reservations which you have made.
Reservations are confirmed bookings. Rooms are available from 12:00 noon to 12:00 noon. Non-smoking rooms cannot be booked in advance. All confirmed bookings are guaranteed (see below).
Guaranteed reservation:
To guarantee a reservation, you must provide either the number of your Ibis Card (if you have one) or a credit card number.
What a guaranteed reservation means:
The hotel promises to hold the reservation until 12:00 noon the next day. The room remains available after 7pm, regardless of the time of your arrival.
If you are unable to keep the reservation, you must cancel it before 6pm (hotel local time) on the Internet, or 7pm (hotel local time) direct with the hotel on the day of arrival.
If you do not arrive at the hotel to check in and have not cancelled your reservation, you will be billed for the first night.

At Ibis, our reception is open 24 hours a day.
If you have booked online and your reservation is guaranteed by a credit card number or your Ibis card, your room will be held for you until you arrive, even after 7pm.
If you are unable to keep the reservation, you must cancel it at the latest on the day of your arrival before 6pm (hotel local time) on the Internet or before 7pm (hotel local time) by directly contacting the hotel.
NOTE: If you do not arrive at the hotel to check in and have not cancelled your reservation, you will be billed for the first night.

Your credit card number is used to guarantee your room reservation. You will not be debited directly and you will pay for your stay on your departure from the hotel.
In the event that you are unable to come, any reservation guaranteed for an arrival after 7 p.m., which has not been cancelled before 7 p.m., the cost of the first night's accommodation will be charged.

LThe reservation section at www.ibishotel.com has been set up to display only hotels with rooms available for the dates you provide. If the hotel that you want has no vacancies for your dates, you are given the option to find another Ibis hotel near your destination or to modify your search criteria.

- Request an e-mail confirmation which includes the number by clicking on "Yes" when the option is shown.
