What are the reception hours at your hotels?
At Ibis, our reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is always someone to greet you, no matter what time you arrive.
At what time can I actually get into my room?
You may get into your room from 12:00 noon the day you arrive and use it until 12:00 noon the day you leave.
What methods of payment are accepted at Ibis hotels?
Ibis hotels accept many different methods of payment.
You may pay in cash, by bank cheque, Eurochèque, Eurocard-Mastercard, CB/Visa, American Express, Compliments Card, and with holiday vouchers*.
*In France only, at participating hotels. Please ask at reception.
How can I find out the rates at a particular hotel?
To find out the rates at the hotel of your choice, click on "More info" adjacent to the hotel name.

How can I find out if there's parking at the hotel?
If the word "Parking"is in the hotel description it means that you can park your car in an area reserved for guest parking (subject to availability).
Some hotels charge for parking.
To find out if you have to pay for parking at the hotel you have chosen, call the hotel directly.
I have a dog (or a cat). Can it stay with me in my room? Are there any special conditions?
At Ibis, your dog or your cat is welcome to stay, but there is an extra charge.
Your pet can stay with you in your room. It must be kept on a lead in all public areas of the hotel. Pets are not allowed in the bars and restaurants.
Suppose I just want to get away for a weekend ?
With our weekend rates, giving yourself a treat is really reasonable!

Do you have non-smoking rooms?
All our hotels have a number of non-smoking rooms.
If you want a non-smoking room please request one a check-in (subject to availability).
Are there communicating rooms?
Some hotels offer communicating rooms.

Do you have family rooms?

Can my child stay in my room? Is there a supplement?
At Ibis, there is no charge for children under 12 who sleep in their parents' room.
When you book, just ask to have a child's bed or cot set up in your room (subject to availability).
And for breakfast, children under 12 pay half-price if they eat with their parents.
Are there telephones in the rooms?
All rooms are equipped with telephones: you can telephone or receive calls in the privacy of your room (you will be charged for outgoing calls).
Is it possible to log onto the Internet in my Ibis hotel room?
Most Ibis hotel rooms are equipped with a modem enabling access to the Internet.
You can surf the Net in your room from your laptop (you will need to bring your own connection cable and there is a charge for time spent on-line).
Do you provide a wake-up service in the morning?
Each room is equipped with an automatic alarm clock system. Instructions for using it are placed in the room. You may also ask reception for a wake-up call.
Are your rooms air-conditioned?
Not all Ibis rooms are air-conditioned. To find out if the hotel you have chosen has air-conditioned rooms, go to the online hotel description. Many rooms have climate control.
Is the price of breakfast included in the price of the room?
Ibis room prices do not include breakfast*. Breakfasts need to be booked at the hotel.
* Breakfast is included in the price of the room at Ibis hotels in Italy and Ireland.
What does breakfast include?
Breakfast is a substantial, all-you-can-eat buffet offering pastries, a selection of bread, dairy products, cereal and hot and cold beverages. The buffets are adapted to each country.
A sure way to get off to a good start every morning from 6:30 to 10 a.m...
Early risers (4 - 6:30 a.m.) and late risers (10 a.m. - 12 p.m.) have not been forgotten. They will be offered a hot beverage and an orange drink, along with a pastry, bread or biscuits.
How late is the all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast served?
At Ibis a substantial buffet breakfast is available daily from 6:30-10am.
Otherwise, hot and cold drinks, bread, and pastries are available for early risers (4-6:30am) and late risers (10-12 noon).
At Ibis, breakfast is served non-stop for 8 hours!

Is it possible to have lunch and dinner at the hotel?
Most Ibis hotels have a restaurant in the hotel.
When the hotel description mentions "Restaurant", it means you will find one of the following types of restaurants: La Table, L'Estaminet, Maître Kanter, Courtepaille Grills, Cafés, all Ibis restaurants.
