2. Log onto www.ibishotel.com and click on "View/Cancel"
3. Enter your reservation number
4. View your reservation

If you booked using your loyalty card number, enter that number to view to your reservation.
To view your reservation now, click here.
You can also call the hotel you have booked direct to check on your reservation. You can find the hotel address and phone number by clicking on "Information" adjacent to its name.
In France, you may also check your reservation by calling the Express Reservations centre on 0892 686 686 (€0.34/min., tax incl.) (reservations for Ibis hotels in France).
Around the world, wherever you are, you can always call the Reservations Centre closest to you.

If you booked using your loyalty card number, enter that number to access to your reservation.
To change your reservation now, click here. To cancel a reservation made directly with an hotel, you have to call the hotel where you have booked directly to cancel your reservation.
In France, you may also check your reservation by calling the Express Reservations centre on 0892 686 686 (€0.34/min., tax incl.) (reservations for Ibis hotels in France).
If you do not manage to cancel your reservation, you can call one of our Call Centres.

- 6 p.m. (local time of the country where the hotel is located) on the Internet
- 7 p.m. (local time of the country where the hotel is located) if you contact the hotel direct.
To find the phone number of an Ibis hotel, search for your hotel on a map and click on "Information" adjacent to the name of the hotel.

Contact the hotel where you booked a room and state that you made your reservation on the Internet.
So that you don't lose your reservation number in the future:
- Print out the page on which it is displayed.
- Request an e-mail confirmation which includes the number by clicking on "Yes" when the option is shown.
To find the telephone number of an Ibis hotel, find the hotel on the interactive map and click on "More info" next to its name.
You may also call the Reservations Center closest to you.

To cancel a reservation,
